What is Agile?

Agile is an iterative approach to project management and software development that helps teams deliver value to their customers faster and with fewer headaches. Instead of betting everything on a “big bang” launch, an agile team provides work in small but consumable increments. Requirements, plans, and results are evaluated continuously, so teams have a natural mechanism for responding to change quickly.

Chingu.io
I had the pleasure to be in the Chingu Community, where I learned a lot of things as a developer, but what is Chingu.io?

Chingu is a global collaboration platform and coding-cohort generator. Be connected to motivated learners with shared goals to learn, help, and build together.

In this article, I want to focus on what things taught me, and I want to highlight the approach of Agile. I’m a recently graduated Software Engineer who hasn’t had the experience working as a group of developers with a product manager. The process of Agile is that before we start writing the first line of code, we have meetings where we meet and talk about what we are going to build, ideas of the app, who will work in the front-end and back-end, what stack of technology are we going to use and also the product owner give us a task on what we will work on and a deadline.
